First, the /describe comment is made, then PR-Agent responds immediately, stating it is reviewing. After this, the comment is deleted, yet the description remains the same:

A pre-existing description made by CodeRabbit, prior to implementation of PR-Agent in the repo could be the cause of this. More investigation should be done on this issue.
